Terms of Service

These terms are a legal agreement between you and De Mul Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 09632103), registered office 11 Holyoake Avenue, Woking, England, GU21 4PW. By using Doclinky (the "Service") you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The service
Doclinky turns Google Drive folders and files into read-only, link-based data rooms with access controls and visit analytics. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you choose to share. You must have the right to share any document you make available through Doclinky.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Doclinky to share unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, to breach others' privacy, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
4. Visitor data & data protection
If you collect visitor emails and analytics through your links, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for informing your visitors how their data is used. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability & warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, De Mul Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using Doclinky at any time and revoke its access from your Google account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
